Blair admits relationship

Tony Blair has finally outed himself, revealing all about his gay relationship with George Bush as the dominant partner. "I may have been on my knees but I did what I thought was right for Britain", he insisted.

"Some may think, I was wrong but given the chance I would do it all over again", said the departing prime minister.

I notice he portrayed it as simply a "gay relationship", something millions of ordinary, law-abiding people manage to engage in without harming anyone else. Quite apart from the repulsive if apparently consensual coprophagic element, there is the gunpoint sadism involving frequently devout Islamic "partners" who would be unlikely ever to have participated in such practices voluntarily; there are rumours of illicit water sports in the Persian gulf; and there is the use of British territory as a red-light district for CIA penetration. This "confession" is clearly an exercise in damage limitation and certainly far from coming clean.
