you should change the name of the photo file; or did you leave the clue intentionally.

Nearly. It is a p'Rick of some sort!
It's beady, it's cratered and there's blood all over it - could it possibly be Tony with his latex mask off?
Like Tony it's not human but it isn't biological either. There is no blood in the picture
yet this can draw it.
Competition finished. Dan gets top prize; a studio flat in London (an empty match box) and Philip gets runner up prize; a luxurious big fat O. All decisions are final and no objections will be entertained except when accompanied by cash and naked ladies.
The answer:
A field ion microscope (FIM) image of a very sharp tungsten needle. The small round features are individual atoms. The lighter colored elongated features are traces captured as atoms moved during the imaging process (approximately 1 second).
